Free tracking information is provided for domestic orders only. Unfortunately, international packages cannot be tracked once they leave the United States. Because of the nature of a personalized gift we do not accept returns. However, if your order has an engraving mistake by us you may return it within 14 days in its original packaging and its original condition for a credit or exchange. Lock-itz® is not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process, nor can we process your return until the item is received. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item minus shipping charges.
In the unfortunate event an engraving error occurred by you and you would like a replacement we will offer a replacement at a 10% discount.
