All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
TAXES
If you are ordering from Connecticut, your order will be subject to the current Connecticut state sales tax.
PAYMENT
Online orders are processed securely by PayPal. Customers submit their personal information and payment (PayPal account or credit card) directly to PayPal. We do not see nor store this information. To read about PayPal’s privacy policy, click here.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Lock-itz® is committed to processing orders as FAST as possible.
(Monday–Sunday 7am –10pm EST).
Domestic packages are typically shipped via United States Postal Service using Priority Mail® Flat Rate Boxes. This cost includes handling fees that include engraving. As per United State Postal Service, the standard for Flat Rate shipping within the United States is 1–3 business days depending on destination. Please note that this shipping option is not guaranteed.
Heart Tokens and Dog Tags are shipped via United States Postal Service using First-Class Mail®. This cost includes handling fees that include engraving.
Though quite rare, under unusual circumstances delivery could be delayed and Lock-itz® has no control and can not be held responsible for the USPS failing to deliver in the specified time.
International orders require a custom invoice and a custom shipping quote. Packages are shipped via United State Postal Service using First-Class Mail® International rates. This cost includes handling fees that include engraving. Typical International delivery takes 7 – 10 business days. Lock-itz®, LLC is not liable for customs/import fees that may be applied to shipments outside of the US.
Lock-itz® is not responsible for packages lost or not received once mailed. Please be sure that your PayPal account information is up to date. We ship directly using Paypal.
Our standard is to have all packages mailed SAME DAY or NEXT DAY of receiving the order.
EXPRESS Shipping is available upon request. Express Domestic orders take 1 – 2 business days to arrive depending on destination. Please note that all orders are processed, engraved and mailed same day or next day and this services may not be necessary. Express orders do offer guaranteed delivery time.
EXPRESS International shipping is available upon request. Express International orders take 3 – 5 business days to arrive depending on destination.
ORDER STATUS
Lock-itz® will make every effort to keep you aware of the current status of your order via email notifications. Please contact robert@lock-itz.com if you have any questions regarding the status of your order. Be sure to include your PayPal order/transaction number when submitting your inquiry, this will ensure that we can expedite your request. Free tracking information is provided for domestic orders only. Unfortunately, international packages cannot be tracked once they leave the United States.
REFUND POLICY

Our intent is to create a product of exceptional value and quality and we are quite confident that you will love your Lock-itz®! If however for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we have provided the following return policy:

Because of the nature of a personalized gift we do not accept returns. However, if your order has an engraving mistake by us you may return it within 14 days in its original packaging and its original condition for a credit or exchange. Lock-itz® is not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process, nor can we process your return until the item is received. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item minus shipping charges.

In the unfortunate event an engraving error occurred by you and you would like a replacement we will offer a replacement at a 10% discount.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Lock-itz® will keep its stock listing up to date. If however, stock availability on your order has changed, we will email you with a notification and a time frame on a restocking date.
